It’s all about the angles. Cabrillo is worked in Half Fisherman’s Rib with the shaping and pattern created with increases and decreases. It is sure to become a go-to everyday sweater.
Finished Size
Sizes 1 (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10); 40 (42, 44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 64, 68, 72)” [101.5 (106.5, 112, 122, 132, 142, 152.5, 162.5, 172.5, 183) cm] finished chest circumference. Pullover shown measures 42” [106.5 cm] modeled with approximately 8” [20.25 cm] of ease.
Yarn
Hudson + West Co. Weld (70% U.S. Merino / 30% U.S. Corriedale; 200 yds [183 m]; 1.75 oz. [50 g]): aspen (natural white), 7 (8, 8, 9, 9, 10, 11, 12, 12, 13) skeins.
Needles
Size A: (for sweater): US 4 [3.5 mm]: 32” [80 cm] or longer circular needle.
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions
Stitch markers (m); removable markers; waste yarn (optional, for tubular cast on); tapestry nee- dle
Gauge
18 sts and 41 rows = 4” [10 cm] in Half Fisherman’s Rib patt on Size A needle

Construction Notes
• The front, back and sleeves of this pullover are worked flat from bottom up and seamed. The collar is picked up and worked circularly.
• It may be helpful to highlight the markers in the instructions with different colors and coordinate those colors with colored stitch markers.
• Slip stitches are slipped purlwise unless other- wise noted. Slip markers as you come to them unless otherwise noted.
